Knight Control Handles are designed with both horizontal and vertical adjustability, combined with ergonomically engineered grips to ensure optimal operator positioning. These features enhance comfort, reduce fatigue, and make them an ideal upgrade from conventional non-ergonomic control handles.
Available in pneumatic, electric, or hybrid configurations, our control systems can be fully customized to suit specific application requirements, ensuring flexibility, precision, and improved operational efficiency.
Dual Balancer Control
The BCS2215 and BCS2323 Dual Air Balance Control units are designed to handle two different load conditions at zero gravity, enabling smooth transitions between unloaded and loaded operations in lift assist applications. This ensures precise control and improved operator efficiency during pick-and-place tasks.
For optimal performance, the load must remain within ±2.5 lbs of the regulator setting to avoid upward or downward drift. These units are available with a straight hose (BCS2323) or coiled hose (BCS2215), both in a standard 10 ft (3 meters) length.

Feather-Touch Control
The BCS2213 and BCS2214 Feather-Touch Air Balancer Control handles are designed for lightweight applications, offering smooth and precise control through simple up and down handle movements. This intuitive design allows operators to manage lifting operations directly at the load, improving efficiency and ease of use.
Available in horizontal (BCS2213) and vertical (BCS2214) configurations, these handles come with straight hose options up to a standard length of 10 ft (3 meters).

The KSCA400 SDS Smart Cart is a highly efficient mobile solution designed for quick and safe product transfer. Equipped with Knight’s patented Safety Drop Stop (SDS) technology, it ensures reliable and secure lifting operations.
Built for smooth maneuverability and ease of use, the cart features adjustable chain travel via limit switches and chain buckets that keep chains organized and free from debris. The chains operate within a protected aluminum rail system, enhancing durability and performance.
